Conservative Philosophy
We maintain your original essence
We rely on innovative adhesive dentistry techniques to be as respectful as possible with your dental structure.
Inlays vs Crowns
Dental Minimalism
In the past, after a root canal, the tooth was aggressively reduced to place a crown. Today, we prefer the inlay: we only add the missing part, preserving as much of your original tooth as possible.
The Role of Check-ups
Cavities are the main cause of restoration. Factors such as diet, accumulated hygiene, or dental crowding favor their appearance.

FAQ
Questions about Oral Rehabilitation
What exactly is oral rehabilitation?
It is the specialty in charge of restoring the function and aesthetics of the entire mouth when there are multiple damaged, worn, or missing pieces, often coordinating with other areas such as implants or orthodontics.
Is a crown or an inlay better?
Whenever possible, we prefer the inlay. It is a conservative dentistry technique that only replaces the missing part of the tooth, keeping the original piece stronger than with a traditional crown.
Why do I need x-rays if I have no pain?
Many cavities start between the teeth (interproximal) and are not visible to the naked eye. Bitewing x-rays allow us to detect them before they reach the nerve.
How long do these treatments last?
With good hygiene and periodic check-ups (every 6 or 12 months), modern rehabilitations with high-end ceramic and adhesive materials are designed to be durable in the long term.
Why do my teeth wear down?
Wear can be due to cavities, lack of hygiene, acidic diets, or bite problems such as bruxism. Rehabilitation not only fixes the tooth but seeks to correct the cause of wear.
