How long do the effects of hyaluronic acid last?
Being a biodegradable substance reabsorbed by the body itself, the duration usually ranges between 6 and 12 months, depending on the area treated, the type of product, and the metabolism of each patient.
Does the injection treatment hurt?
No. We use extremely fine needles or cannulas and, in most cases, the product itself contains local anesthesia. Additionally, we can apply cold or anesthetic cream beforehand to make the experience totally comfortable.
What can I expect right after the session?
It is normal to have slight inflammation or a small bruise in the injection area that disappears in a few days. You can resume your normal activity immediately.
