Our Philosophy
We do it right from the beginning
We don't want you to waste your time, money and effort in orthodontic treatments over and over again. That's why we base ourselves on a good diagnosis as the foundation of your treatment plan.
Digital Orthodontics allows total customization for each patient. This translates into shorter treatment times, more precision and perfect results.
Dr. Ana Soler will attend to you personally and will be in charge of planning every step of your treatment.
Options
What types of orthodontics are there?
We don't believe there is one single system for everyone. We advise you on the pros and cons of each for your specific case.
Invisalign® Orthodontics
They are fully customized invisible plastic aligners. They are practically unnoticeable.
Main advantage: They are removable, allowing you to eat and brush normally.
Aesthetic and Metal Brackets
The classic highly effective solution. We offer metal, ceramic (aesthetic) or gold versions.
Main advantage: Maximum precision in movement control and excellent value for money.
Common Problems
More than aligning teeth, we look for functionality
"Orthodontics is much more than moving teeth"
Crowding
Overlapping teeth that make hygiene difficult and increase the risk of decay and gingivitis.
Open Bite
Space between the front teeth that prevents closing the mouth correctly.
Crossbite
When the upper teeth close behind the lower ones.
Diastemas
Gaps between teeth that compromise aesthetics and health.
Class II
Exaggerated protrusion of the upper jaw relative to the lower jaw.
Class III
When the lower jaw protrudes ahead of the upper teeth.
The orthodontic study is the vital first step
3D Technology
Intraoral scanning, panoramic X-ray and high-precision telerradiography.
Facial Harmony
Joint planning (bones, joints and gums) for a functional and lasting result.
"A good treatment must go beyond tooth movement... the final result must be the functioning of your mouth in harmony."
FAQ
Frequently Asked Questions
What is the best age to start orthodontic treatment?
There is no exact age, but we recommend having the first check-up at 6 years old. At this age we can detect bone growth problems that are much easier to correct during childhood. However, orthodontics is effective in adults of any age.
How long does orthodontic treatment last?
The duration varies according to the complexity of each case. Generally, treatments range from 12 to 24 months. Thanks to Digital Orthodontics and systems like Invisalign, in many cases we achieve significant reductions in these times.
Does wearing braces hurt?
When placing the appliances or changing aligners, it is normal to feel slight pressure or discomfort during the first few days, as the teeth are starting to move. It is a temporary sensation that quickly disappears as the mouth gets used to it.
Can you eat everything with Invisalign?
Yes! That's one of its great advantages. Being removable aligners, you take them off to eat, so you have no food restrictions and can maintain perfect dental hygiene.
What are retainers and why are they necessary?
Retainers are fundamental to maintain results. Once the teeth are aligned with the treatment, they have "memory" and tend to return to their original position. Retainers ensure that your smile stays perfect for life.
